Thank you for your recent purchase. We hope you had an enjoyable shopping experience with us! If not, here are our return and exchange policies:

 

Refund

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for items bought, at this time. You may opt to receive store credit in the exact amount your items were purchased, excluding shipping fees.

 

Exchange & Returns

If you want to exchange sizes, you may do so only once - provided that the merchandise is unworn (except for fitting purposes), all stickers and hang tags must be intact. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, you have 5 days to contact our customer service upon receipt of the package.

The exchange process begins by sending an email to brand.oceansph@gmail.com, with 3-5 photos of merchandise together with your transaction reference number. Rest assured we conduct our own quality control during our packing and shipping phases. Hence, exchange is solely based upon the discretion of management.

For hygiene purposes, exchanging of separate bottoms and maillots is likewise solely based upon the discretion of management.

If the size you wish to exchange to is no longer available, we may offer store credit in the exact amount the items were purchased, excluding shipping fees. Please note that all additional shipping costs due to exchange and returns shall be shouldered by the customer. The new merchandise shall only be shipped out upon receipt of the shipping fee via any of our payment portals.

 

Sale Items

All items bought at a discount or promo rates are considered final. No returns or exchanges.

 

Store Credit

If you wish to exchange to a different style, we will offer store credit instead. Store credit will be sent digitally to your registered e-mail within 14 days after we receive your returned item. Store credit has no expiry, is non-transferrable, non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.
